Please be assured that we choose to carry and sell only the best belt buckles available so that you can be confident and totally pleased with their exceptional quality. However, if your belt buckle is defective on arrival, we will replace it with the same, if available, or one similar to it.
Email or call us within three (3) days of receipt, for a Return Authorization (RA) Number and further instructions.
Return the defective belt buckle within seven (7) days.
NOTE: Prior AUTHORIZATION is REQUIRED.
We will issue a replacement for this item within four (4) weeks of its receipt.

2. What if the belt buckle I order is out of stock?
If the belt buckle that you order happens to be out of stock, we will let you know right away. We will then do our very best to try to locate it for you and will notify you if we find it and when it is shipped.

If you want a specific belt buckle and do not see it on our website, please send us an email immediately to let us know. Our goal is to provide you with the products you want and we will search high and low to get it for you as quickly as possible. We will let you know as soon as we find it and, upon your approval, will ship it right out to you.

4. You featured an enameled colored belt buckle. Is it also available in plain pewter?
Yes, most of our featured enameled belt buckles are also available in standard pewter. You may see that most of our buckles are featured with the enameling so you can see where and what colors appear. If a choice of belt buckle finish is available, you will be able to make your choice when you place your order.
