Every order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You should receive your in-stock merchandise sent standard delivery in 7-14 days. In the event we should be out of stock on the item of your choice, we will notify you if and/or when it will be available to ship. At that time you may choose to substitute it for another item. Otherwise, we will immediately attempt to locate it and let you know when it is shipped. Backordered items are shipped when we receive them and you will not be billed for any items until they are shipped out to you.
